Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

All returns must be received at Euro Time International, Jean Marcel North American headquarters within 14 calendar days from the original delivery date unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different authorized return date noted on the original invoice copy.

The original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for returning the watch back to Euro Time International, Jean Marcel North American headquarters freight prepaid.

All watches must be in NEW, unaltered and unused condition. The definition of NEW, unaltered and unused condition is-

without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, with security tags still attached, if used. The Jean Marcel presentation box must be in original condition and the returning shipment must include all original components including, but not limited to, warranty books, instruction and product books, original watch sequence matching “Limited Edition” certificates and any other components that were part of that order. All watch straps or bracelets must not be altered in any manner or show any signs of attempted adjustment or wear.

All of the above listed criteria must be met or we will not and cannot accept your return and your attempted return will be sent back to you.

All refunds are contingent upon inspection of all items after we receive it. All decisions regarding acceptability of returns will be made after inspection by Euro-Time International, Jean Marcel North American headquarters
